This  Traditional Method Sparkling Shiraz is a vivid expression of Pyren Vineyard and the land on which it is grown. Earthscape reflects the quartz-laden soils, rolling valleys and elevated peaks of the Victorian Pyrenees. Bold, expressive cuvee, shaped by the vineyard's spirit for tradition and artistic freedom. In the glass, fine, persistent bubbles carry generous flavours of cherry and raspberry, layered with clove, black pepper, cocoa and subtle cedar.
